"Delivery didn’t show up when it was supposed to"
I waited in for the delivery not once, but twice, and it still never turned up. This is where it got annoying, the updates from customer service were either late or didn’t really tell me anything useful. It ended up being a complete waste of time.

"Good prices and surprisingly nice results"
I was just hoping to save a bit of money, but the bath turned out looking really great. I checked a few reviews and asked around before buying, and I can see why other people were happy with it too. Decent quality for the price, and I’d definitely consider buying again.

"Fastest delivery I’ve had recently"
I ordered from bathsupermarket.co.uk recently and, the delivery was quicker than I expected. It turned up really fast with no hassle, and I got updates along the way so I knew when it was coming. Based on this latest order, I’m really impressed and can’t complain at all...

I was a bit disappointed. It seemed fine at first, but after about a week it started to feel cheap and not very well made.

"Return got sorted in the end"
I had to send back a shower screen because it didn’t fit properly. I can’t remember all the details now, but I do remember it took a few days before I heard anything back. Once they arranged collection, the refund came through fine. Wasn’t the smoothest thing ever, but it wasn’t a big drama either

"Chipped sink replaced, but they need to do better"
My sink arrived with a chip in it, which was really disappointing and something that should’ve been caught before it was sent out. I contacted customer service and, after a few emails back and forth, they did arrange a replacement. It did get sorted in the end, but it took longer than it should have. I appreciate them fixing it, but companies need to take proper responsibility when damaged items are delivered and make the process quicker for customers.

"Delivery was okay, no real problem there..."
Delivery was okay, no real problem there, and the prices I thought were good. But after, when I had a small issue with one fitting, the help was slow really. I kept being passed from one person to another and a clear answer took ages to get. Not the best experience, honestly

"Frustrating and confusing ordering process"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout kept glitching and I couldn’t tell what was actually going on. There weren’t any clear messages or instructions, which made it even more annoying. In the end, I just gave up and didn’t order anything.

I had a small issue with my order and reached out to customer service. It took a little longer than I’d hoped to hear back, but once they replied, they were friendly and got it sorted quickly. I do feel like a simple apology for the delay or the mix-up would’ve been nice, but overall they did fix the problem

"Great Cabinet, Shame About the Guessing Game"
I ordered a bathroom cabinet and, to be fair, the checkout process was perfectly fine. After that though, the updates pretty much vanished, which was lovely if you enjoy wondering where your order is. I ended up having to chase them myself, and even then it took a couple of days to get a reply.
The cabinet did arrive eventually, just later than expected and with very little effort from anyone to keep me informed. It’s not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but a simple update here and there really shouldn’t be too much to ask.

"Okay selection, but the timing was frustrating"
I had a look through Bathsupermarket while sorting out some bathroom bits, and to be fair, there was a decent amount to browse. I did find a few things I liked, although the prices felt a bit all over the place depending on what you were looking at.
The main thing that annoyed me was the timing. I needed to make a decision quickly, and of course that was when the styles and sizes I actually wanted felt limited. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely expected a bit more choice when I needed it most.
